Going Mainstream!
With the ever increasing popularity of environmental issues, we will look at how NGOs have dealt with the transition from fringe to mainstream and how this has affected the way they communicate their messages. We will also look at businesses, media and politicians and discuss how traditionally mainstream bodies and organisations have embraced the rhetoric of the environmental movement, and where this leaves the pressure groups.
