Playground project to start mid year in new Guinsaugon village

Four months from now, at least 15 international volunteers will personally supervise the construction of a two-hectare playground project at the New Guinsaugon Village in St. Bernard, Justin Gusling from U.K. disclosed in an interview with PIA.
Justin Gusling, a former Coral Cay Conservation Expedition Leader stayed in the province for one year during his stint as one of the volunteers. Coral Cay Conservation provides resources for the protection and sustainable use of coastal habitats for the benefit of the environment and the people who depend upon it. They also provide conservation and education training programs for local counterparts and schoolchildren to help improve environmental awareness.
The undertaking, dubbed as the “Philippine Playground Project” was his notion upon seeing for himself during his actual visit at the New Guinsaugon Village last year that several assistance already responded to the housing, school building, and paintings, among other primary needs of the beleaguered barangay residents.
