Wanted: Montego Bay Marine Park Trust - Managing Director
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities in the management and funding of the Montego Bay Marine Park, a Jamaican National Park.

Must be tireless, passionate and dedicated to the Park, the sea and the environment. An appropriate applicant will:
- Have management experience, minimum 4 years.
- Minimum post-secondary (College/Post-Grad/University) education.
- Have practical experience/be conversant in marine and conservation issues and general biology/zoology.
- Have strong communication skills, written and spoken (English). Must be able to communicate to artisanal fishermen and/or visiting academics equally comfortably.
- Conversant in basic sales and marketing.
- Experience in proposal development and production including budgets.
- Experienced SCUBA diver: minimum 100 logged dives or leadership level certification.
- Computer literate.
- Driver’s License - manual transmission.
- Boat handling experience.

3) 5 professional and/or academic references with contact details. Remuneration will be according to experience and ability to generate revenue.
Starting Salary: $16,000USD/yr in Jamaican Dollar equivalent.
