REGISTRATION OPENS FOR HISTORIC CLIMATE CHANGE EVENT
The world’s travel and tourism industry leaders can now register to participate in the historic PATA CEO Challenge 2008: Confronting Climate Change in Bangkok, Thailand on April 29 and 30, 2008.
The PATA CEO Challenge 2008 will bring Asia Pacific travel and tourism industry leaders together under one roof for the first time to confront climate change.
The conference venue will be the brand new Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld in downtown Bangkok.
PATA has announced that the keynote speaker at the event will be 2007 Nobel Peace Prize recipient Dr Rajendra Pachauri, Chairman of the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
Joining Dr Pachauri to make the PATA CEO Challenge 2008 a truly global event will be two of the travel world’s most celebrated experts: destination strategist Anna Pollock and global futurist Rohit Talwar will guide the CEO Challenge to make it a truly meaningful event with substantial outcomes.
PATA will soon announce additional Keynote Speakers and other top names in the international travel and tourism industry.
