Fiji Project MOU Extended

CCC has extended its MOU with the Ministry of Tourism (Government of the Fiji Islands) for another three years.
Whilst the majority of the terms of our previous MOU remain, this extension is not area specific and allows CCC to operate in areas requiring the technical assistance and capacity building that CCC can provide towards sustainable resource use. These areas are identified by the Government of Fiji and include key tourism development areas contained in the the National Tourism plan and perhaps more importantly the sustainable tourism development objectives that are such an important part of this plan. Currently, CCC with the Ministry is looking into possibilities of new sites in the Northern Province of Fiji including Savusavu and Taveuni, areas which it is predicted will soon play host to tourism development.
