Negros Island Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development Foundation, Incorporated is a “not for profit and no stock” foundation registered in the Republic of the Philippines.
NISARD’s mission is to promote, encourage and provide support for the implementation of sustainable agriculture and rural development on Negros Island in order to reduce the poverty incidence of small landholders and rural workers.
