  British Airways - Tourism for Tomorrow Awards International Marine Environment Award  Know Before You Go Campaign

Over the years CCC has been Awarded the following: 

  • Higly Commended - Best Volunteering Organisation at theVirgin Responsible Tourism Awards 2009

  • The World Aware Business Award in 1997.
  • The British Airways Tourism for Tomorrow Global Award in 1993.
  • The CMAS Marine Environmental Award in 1992.

CCC is a founder member of the Year Out Group, which was set up in 1998 to provide a code of practice for the gap year and volunteer travel industries.

CCC is the founder member of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's Know Before You Go campaign, which aims to ensure people are properly prepared for travelling overseas.

On the 22nd June 2007 CCC was proud to announce that it is one of the first organisations to be self assessed and certified itself to be compliant with BS8848 : Specification for the provisions of visits, fieldwork, expeditions and adventurous activities outside the United Kingdom.

CCC is a member of the Coral Reef Initiative (ICRI) Electronic Partnership Forum, which serves as a central gateway to information related to the ICRI and sustainable coral reef management, conservation, science, information and awareness, and to strengthen communication among the partners wanting to see the ICRI mission succeed.

CCC is an official partner of the Project AWARE Foundation (International), the dive industry's leading non-profit organisation committed to conserving underwater environments through education, advocacy and action.

Coral Cay Conservation is a Business Member of The International Ecotourism Society (TIES), the largest ecotourism organization in the world dedicated to generating and disseminating information about ecotourism.
