Tropical Forest Expedition checklist

- Pillow, 1-2 season sleeping bag, sleeping mat
- 70-80L rucksack
- 20-30L day-pack
- Canoe bag 20-30L
- Walking boots
- Trekking Socks
- Waterproof jacket and trousers
- Trekking trousers
- 1L Water bottles
- Binoculars
- Whistle
- Compass
- Watch
- Water-resistant head torch
- Pocket knife or multitool
- Water purification tablets
- Rehydration salts (e.g. Dioralyte) 20 Sachets
- Zincoxide Tape
- Micropore Tape
- Five 5x5cm non-stick dressing
- Iodine Tincture/ Betadine (wound cleansing)
- 10 Imodium tablets
- Antihistamine cream
- Non sedative antihistamine tablets (on recommendation by your GP)
- Ibuprofen/ Paracetemol (on recommendation by your GP)
- Sudafed (on recommendation by your GP)
