Year Out Group
Coral Cay Conservation (CCC) is part of the Year Out Group Association (YOG), a leading not-for-profit organisation that was formed in 1998 to promote the concept and benefits of well-structured year out programmes. With so many young people taking time out between school higher education or employment, it is important that our volunteers throughly read YOG guidelines before planning their year out. The YOG also promotes models of good practice and helps young people and their advisers in selecting suitable and worthwhile projects.
The Year Out Group's Code of Practice provides the basis for the standard of service expected of the Group's member organisations. New members are required to demonstrate their ability to adhere to the Code and existing members are required annually to demonstrate that they continue to abide by it.
