Learn Explore and Contribute to Marine Conservation

We are pleased to be able to offer the opportunity to undertake bespoke group itineraries on our project sites, available to School Teams, University Groups and general volunteer groups over 10 people.

Our experience providing exceptional individual and group expeditions for over 30 years, and permanent presence within project countries, enables us to provide a tailored approach to your trip, whether this is to ensure the personal development of school students or facilitating in the operation of university modules, contributing to undergraduate and post-graduate degrees.

We will guide you throughout the booking process, ensuring that the expedition is tailored to your needs and goes beyond your expectations. We pride ourselves in our high-quality customer service and personable approach to our expeditions, as such you will have access to our scientific and operational expertise, as well as direct contact with our Head Office and field staff, guiding you before, during, and after your trip.

Our expeditions provide powerful lessons and experiences, becoming a once in a lifetime adventure, whilst ensuring they give back to the natural world and those that depend on it.  We believe in a world where our actions today will benefit those of tomorrow, and we hope you will join us our journey for a more sustainable future, where humans live in harmony with the natural world.

We've included summaries of each group trip below but if you have any questions, please send us a message and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

School Teams

Over the years we have played host to teams of school students from all over the UK with durations varying from one week to one month. With marine biologists, scuba instructors and experienced leaders on project sites all year round we are able to create a bespoke itinerary which will ensure that your students gain a deeper understanding of the importance of conservation and the role that they can play in the safeguarding of our oceans.

Whether your team's interest lies in science, conservation, geography or diving we can offer your students the opportunity to experience and better understand the fundamentals of the curriculum whilst immersing themselves in local culture. As part of Adventure Lifesigns Ltd we are also able to offer further sightseeing opportunities throughout our host country. Join us and experience living and learning on a conservation site before moving on to explore the wilds, challenge your team to climb a local peak, or undertake a meaningful social project with a local community.

We are happy to offer trips with or without a flight package and are very supportive of schools who wish to involve their students in the preparation process. Please find two example itineraries below which have been enjoyed by school teams in the past.
If you would like to discuss the opportunity of creating a school trip, then please contact us and we will work with you to build your bespoke trip.

Coral Cay Conservation establish and operate out of fully-functioning research bases with varying facilities that enable our continued efforts in focus regions. These field sites are available for use by universities, institutions and schools for independent bespoke field trips and research expeditions.

These trips are highly flexible and provide the opportunity to undertake studies in, and experience, unique, diverse and remote locations that can be catered to the institution's requirements. Due to the location of our projects, it is often possible to study multiple ecosystems ranging from fringing reefs, seagrass meadows and mangrove forests to tropical jungles. There are also options for fishery-focused studies as well as socio-economic and sustainable development projects. When enquiring about your bespoke trip, we will provide you with all the necessary information to guide your decision and highlight what studies are feasible.

Each trip will include transport to the project site from the nearest airport, accommodation and meals, the use of teaching facilities, logistical (including VISA guidance) and safety cover. Our field staff will also be on hand to provide necessary support where needed.  In addition, we are available to provide further support for itinerary and course material development as well as facilitating in international travel.

Based on the requirements of the institution, time frame and resources required, we will provide you with a bespoke cost.

Why should only schools and universities get to experience a conservation focused package with us? We are very happy to offer similar opportunities to those aged 18 or over, in groups of ten or more. You can benefit from our group discount, choose to either have one person go for free or everyone in the group can receive a 10% discount from the expedition fee.

You can simply join our usual itinerary and become part of our close-knit team of international volunteers, staff and local scholars, or we'll create a bespoke package just for you.

Whether you are a dive club looking to expand your dive experiences by increasing your species ID knowledge, a club of like-minded people hoping to take an active role in conservation, or just a group of friends who fancy joining together, get in touch and we'll help you plan your perfect trip.
